4. If the display does not heat and the running lights are active, it could indicate that the water flow is not reaching the water heater due to low water pressure or incorrect installation. Please ensure that the water inlet and outlet are properly installed. If the water pressure is sufficient but the water remains unheated, inspect the water heater inlet turbine for blockages that might be preventing the heater from starting.
5. We recommend that the water heater outlet pipe does not exceed a length of 3 meters. If this length is exceeded, the long water pipe may cause a disparity in water pressure, preventing the heater from starting. (For rural areas where a water tower is in use, the tower’s height should exceed 10 meters to ensure the water pressure reaches the required start value.)
6. If the display shows an E1 over-temperature or E3/E4 temperature sensor failure, power off the machine and run cold water over it before re-energizing. Please note that during regular use the water flow should not be too low.
7. A heating tube failure will display as E2, indicating that the heating tube needs to be replaced.
